No Suspension for Artest

I don't always agree with Stu Jackson's decisions regarding his "discipline"; but, Stu got this one right this time:

"No Suspension for Artest after NBA reduces Foul"

"Artest not Suspended for Game 4; Foul Downgraded"

On another note, Stu also decided not to suspend Boston Celtics' center Kendrick Perkins for his elbow against Orlando' Mickael Pietrus in Game 3 of the Cs - Magic series.

I guess elbows "in the heat of battle" are not worthy of suspensions but soft (re: weak, sorry Rafer) open-hand slaps to the head are worthy of suspension.
