Yao Ming to see Doctor Wednesday

Houston Rockets center Yao Ming practiced today. He participated in non-contact action. He goes to the doctor tomorrow for an MRI to determine where his injured right knee is right now. Once that is done, a timetable on his return will become clearer.

"Tomorrow, I have an appointment," said Yao Ming. "Without contact, I did well today. Now, I'm not 100 percent. I know that. Take some time; but, when I can play, I'll get back to that level (before the injury).

I hope he receives good news today. This team is playing well without a dominate center, so when Yao comes back, the Rockets will have a great chance to go deep in the playoffs...possibly to the Finals.
